MCP1316T-20LI/OT Overview


Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. The pins of the power management system count 5. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1V for this power management. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MCP1316, the base power ics number. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 10μA at the most.
