MCP1318T-29HE/OT Overview


This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC power includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your convenience. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. There are 5 pins on the power managment ic. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TA degrees. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 10μA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MCP1318, the base power ics number. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 10μA.
