This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. Manage ics operate at 5V supply voltages. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. Pin count of the power management is 5. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 10μA. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by MCP1320. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 10μA.
