MCP1321T-31LE/OT Overview


There are 5 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. 5 pins make up the power management. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1V for this power management. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain, Push-Pull. You can always use MCP1321, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 10μA at the most.
