Its SC-74A, SOT-753 package is adopted for higher flexibility.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.A total of 1 drivers are integrated into its configuration.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~125°C TA.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.The configuration starts with 5 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MCP1416.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Gate drivers in this series are included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
