optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is a switching frequency of 2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.7V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. DC DC switching regulator's 500mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. The regulator voltage is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory of voltage regulators. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the MCP1603 family of voltage regulator 12vs. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 4.5V volts.
