It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 5 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 2MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.7V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage.
