MCP1603T-150I/OS Overview


As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, 5 terminations are present. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. The harley voltage regulator is available as a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package to save space. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 2MHz. Regulator 2.7V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.7V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 500mA output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage.
