Space-saving 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 500kHz. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 2V. The output current of 1A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility.
