A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.65V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.8V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 800mA. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V.
