There is an option in Surface Mount. There is a higher operating temperature at -40°C~85°C. It operates using 4.5V~5.5V power supply. If you are looking for parts similar to this one, search MCP3905A. The I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of zero on their low-level interfaces. For high-level I/Os, this device presents a voltage of 2.4V. Parts of the part have 24 terminations on them. This is a powerful analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC for PMICs.
