MCP3905LT-E/SS Overview


Packged in Tape & Reel (TR). Package 24-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width). A Single Phase meter can be used with it as well. The following version of Surface Mount is available. Extended operating temperature at -40°C~125°C. 4.5V~5.5V power supply is used to power it. The following parts are also available on MCP3905 if you are interested in finding more. It has a voltage of 0.85V for its low-level I/O ports in this PMIC. There is a voltage of 2.4V present for high-level I/Os on this device. 24 terminations are included on this part. This is a powerful analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC for PMICs. The normal voltage needed for the part is 5V. It is important for users to know that this device requires a voltage of 4.5V or higher in order to function. In order to keep the voltage at a reasonable level, the device's maximum voltage should not exceed 5.5V. An assembly of 24 pins is present. A 2.7mA device is what it is called.
