MCP3913A1-E/SS Overview

It is possible to achieve higher operational temperatures at -40°C~125°C. There is a 2.7V~3.6V power supply that powers the device. You can find more similar parts by searching MCP3913. The I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of zero on their low-level interfaces. It presents a voltage of 0.7V for high-level I/Os. There are 28 terminations on the part. An analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC for PMICs. For this part, the normal voltage needed is 3V. Users should be noted that this device requires 2.7V or higher voltage to start up. This is a 28-switched solution that can be used for logic gate applications. The device is a 4.5mA. In the logic device, there have been implemented 6 channels.
