MCP3913A1T-E/MV Overview


In Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a package called 40-UFQFN Exposed Pad. Using it as a 3 Phase meter is possible. Surface Mount is one of the available options. The operational temperature at -40°C~125°C is higher. Using a 2.7V~3.6V power supply, it operates as it should. More similar parts can be found by searching MCP3913. The low-level I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of 0.3V. High-level I/Os are represented by voltage 0.7V, while standard I/Os are displayed by voltage Y. The part includes 40 terminations.
