MCP3914A1T-E/MVVAO Overview


Packing in Tape & Reel (TR). It is packaged in the 40-UFQFN Exposed Pad format. It is suitable for use as a 3 Phase meter. We have it in Surface Mount. The operational temperature at -40°C~125°C has been increased. Power is supplied by 2.7V~3.6V power supply, which allows it to operate. Find more similar parts by searching MCP3914. In its low-level I/O ports, this PMIC has a voltage of 0.3V. It presents a voltage of 0.7V for high-level I/Os. 40 terminations are included on this part. An analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC with strong PMIC capabilities. A normal voltage will be needed for this part, which is 3V. There is a need for users to be aware that this device can be operated only with a voltage level of 2.7V or higher. It is recommended that the maximum voltage that can be applied to the device should be kept below 3.6V. Basically, it's a 5.8mA device. It is included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
