MCP3918A1T-E/ML Overview


I have packed this in Tape & Reel (TR). Packet 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad. Using it as a Single Phase meter is possible. Surface Mount is available for purchase. Temperature at -40°C~125°C is extended during operation. A 2.7V~3.6V power supply is used to power the device. More similar parts can be found by searching MCP3918. In its low-level I/O ports, this PMIC has a voltage of 0.3V. There is a voltage 0.7V on this device for high-level I/Os. 20 terminations are included on this part. An analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC with strong PMIC capabilities. The part requires a normal voltage of 3V. This device may not be able to operate without a voltage of 2.7V or higher. In order to keep the maximum voltage that goes to the device under 3.6V, the voltage should be kept as low as possible. It comes with a Surface Mount device for easy mounting and dismounting. PMICs should be set to the 800μA supply current as a rule of thumb in order to keep them working normally. A logic device such as this has been implemented with 1 channels inside it.
