MCP39F511NT-E/MQ Overview

Its low-level I/O ports are powered by a voltage of 0.4V. For high-level I/Os, this device presents a voltage of 3V. A 28 termination is included in the part. An analog POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC for PMICs. To be able to operate this device, the user should be aware that a voltage of 2.7V or higher is required in order for it to work. In order to keep the maximum voltage that goes to the device under 3.6V, the voltage should be kept as low as possible. It comes with a Surface Mount device for easy mounting and dismounting.
