MCP39F521-E/MQ Overview


Tube-packaged. Package 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad. It is also capable of being used as a Single Phase meter. There is an option in Surface Mount. Extended operating temperature at -40°C~125°C. There is a 2.7V~3.6V power supply that powers the device. The following parts are also available on MCP39F521 if you are interested in finding more. The low-level I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of 0.4V. When using this device for high-level I/Os, the voltage presented by it is 3V. There are 28 terminations included in this part. An analog POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC with strong PMIC capabilities. As far as the maximum voltage that will be applied to the device is concerned, it should be kept below 3.6V. Easy installation and dismounting are assured by its design as a Surface Mount device. The maximum supply current is recommended to be set at 13mA in order to make sure the PMIC keeps running normally. This logic device has implemented 2 channels.
