MCP809T-475I/TT Overview


Power management is mounted through 3 terminals. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. Please refer to power management for TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. There is a voltage supply of 4.5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. There are a total of 3 pins on power management. Power managment ic pin count is 3. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type.
