It is mounted through 3 terminals on the power management. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. When 4.35V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. It has a total of 3 pins that are attached to IC management. 3 pins are on the supervisor. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1V. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 60μA is the recommended value. You can always use MCP810, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature is 60μA.
