MIC2131-1YTSE Overview


As a result of 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. Voltages 8V~40V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. It can switch at 150kHz.
