MIC2155YML-TR Overview


In the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 32-MLF? package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 2 numbers. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.5V~14.5V. A -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher is not a problem. It can switch at 500kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator.
