Space-saving 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 200kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.5V. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 3.3V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 2.5A, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 2.5A. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 16.5V. The MIC2178 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 3.3V. There are 20 pins used for switching regulator operation.
