MIC2183YM-TR Overview


The switching controller fits in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 2.9V~14V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 200kHz 400kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start.
