MIC2199YML-TR Overview


Capsuled in the 12-VFDFN Exposed Pad, 12-MLF? package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 4.5V~32V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 300kHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable. MIC2199 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. There are 12 pins on switching converter. A 800mV voltage of DC regulator was detected in the test statistics. If you are starting a new project, you should note the dc dc regulator's typical output current is 20A. To ensure the reliability under power-up and power-down, the maximum duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc is set as 85 %. Having a Surface Mount makes DC switcher ideal for most prototype and application designs. The temperature should be at least -40°C. Running the machine at 125°C is ideal. The supplier dc dc controller package for this part would be 12-MLF? (4x4). DC switchers cannot produce output currents greater than 20A. This controller switches with 1 phases.
