The maximum efficiency can be achieved by operating it at a minimal voltage of 2.5V.If the maximum current supply is less than 5mA, this device provides high efficiency.It is important that the operating temperature not exceed 125°C in order to ensure stable operation.It is possible to supply the load with 20mA current.Stable operation requires a temperature greater than -40°C.
