MIC2782CRYCS-TR Overview

There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. In this IC management you will find 6-UFBGA, WLCSP functions for you to refer to. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. IC management conducts in a 2-voltage supply. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. Power managment ic pin count is 6. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1.5V volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. Supplied with a operating current of 2.2μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. It is always advisable to use MIC2782, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. On the power management, there are a total of 2 inputs that are monitored.
