MIC2782FLYCS-TR Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Please find attached 6-UFBGA, WLCSP functions for your reference in this IC power. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products as well. Power ics operate at 2 supply voltages. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. 6 pins make up the power management. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1.5V for this IC power. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 2.2μA. It is always advisable to use MIC2782, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. It is possible to monitor 2 inputs at the same time on the power management as a whole.
