MIC2790N-04VMT-T5 Overview


Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. There are 6 pins on the power managment ic. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1.5V. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TJ. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 50μA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MIC2790, the base power ics number.
