In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.In the absence of a 9V~16V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.Under its base part number MIC4104, various related parts can be found.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.In the maximum case, the output current can be 3A volts.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 118V.The basis has 2 integrated outputs.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 125°C.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.For operation, 16V is the maximum supply voltage.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 9V must be maintained.
