For greater flexibility, the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Using a 4.5V~20V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting.You will find various related parts under the base part number MIC4126.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.When designing, the device is configured with 8 pins.There is an output current limit of 1.5A for this device.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.The output current supported by the device is 1.5A.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.-40°C is the minimum operating temperature.During operation, the supply voltage of 20V is its maximum value.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 4.5V must be applied.Operating channels are set to 1.
