There is greater flexibility with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.Using a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.The base part number MIC4225 refers to a number of related parts.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.A total of 8 pins are available on the device.As a maximum, there is 4A limit to the output current.For its basis, 2 outputs are integrated.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 125°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.For operation, 18V is the maximum supply voltage.
