In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) is used.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.The configuration is supported by 1 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~18V, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MIC4420.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.There is a maximum output current of 6A that can be achieved.The basis of the model has 1 outputs integrated.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 150°C.The allowable minimum value of operating temperature is -40°C.For operation, 18V is the maximum supply voltage.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 4.5V.
