Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).The configuration is supported by 1 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.Using a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Temperature range 0°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver uses Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MIC4421.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.There is an output current limit of 9A for this device.The basis of this system consists of 1 outputs.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 150°C.Temperatures below 0°C are allowed as the minimum.For operation, the supply voltage of 18V is the maximum value.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 4.5V.
