There is greater flexibility with the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~18V, it can demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate type.This device allows temperatures in the range of 0°C~150°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MIC4424.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 16 pins.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 3A.Mosfet driver has been integrated wMosfet driverh a total of 2 outputs for Mosfet drivers basis.The output current can be set to 3A.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 70°C.Operating temperatures must not exceed 0°C.During operation, the supply voltage of 18V is its maximum value.4.5V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.
