Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.A package of Tube has been used.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Using a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting, Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 16 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.A board with 16 component pins is available.
