In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) is used.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~18V, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MIC4429.You mount it with Surface Mount.A total of 8 pins are available on the device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 6A.The basis of the model has 1 outputs integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 150°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.For operation, the supply voltage of 18V is the maximum value.This device operates at 4.5V as the minimum supply voltage.
