In order to increase flexibility, the package 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) is used.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).Configuration is supported by 4 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~18V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed 0°C~70°C TA.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MIC4469.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.When the device is designed, it has 16 pins.There is an output current limit of 1.2A for this device.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 4 outputs that have been integrated.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 70°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 0°C.Its maximum operating voltage is 18V.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.
