The 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.The configuration is supported by 4 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.WGate driversh a 5.25V~16V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number MIC4606.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.A total of 16 pins are available on the device.An output current as high as 1A can be achieved at maximum power.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 108V.The basis of this system consists of 1 outputs.The output current supported by the device is 1A.There is a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.The maximum voltage for operation is 16V.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 5.25V must be applied.With a supply voltage of 350μA, it operates.
