MIC6315-40D3UY-TR Overview

There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. There are TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. This power management system has 4 pins. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. It is always advisable to use MIC6315, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. The power management system contains 1 elements and has been extensively used in all aspects of target applications.
