MIC6315-44D4UY-TR Overview

It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). Please find attached TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions for your reference in this IC power. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. This power management system has 4 pins. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. You can always use MIC6315, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. With 1 elements, this supervisor has been used extensively in all application areas.
