MIC803-31D2VC3-TR Overview

There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-70, SOT-323 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. This power management system has 3 pins. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1V volts. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TJ. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 4.5μA. It is always advisable to use MIC803, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
