MIC803-31D3VC3-TR Overview


There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. In this PMIC, you can find SC-70, SOT-323 functions for your reference. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. There are 3 pins on the power managment ic. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~125°C TJ. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 4.5μA is the recommended value. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MIC803, the base power ics number. With 1 elements, this supervisor is used in all areas of target applications.
