MIC803-40D2VC3-TR Overview

There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. IC management is packaged as a SC-70, SOT-323 package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. This power management system has 3 pins. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~125°C TJ . Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation.
