MIC803-44D4VC3-TR Overview

A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please refer to power management for SC-70, SOT-323 functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There are 3 pins on the power managment ic. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1V volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TJ. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. For this power management, there is an 4.5μA volt supply current.
