MIC809LUY-TR Overview

A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. 3 pins are present on the power management system. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1.4V volts. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage.
