MIC809MYC3-TR Overview

Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. As a reference, this IC power includes SC-70, SOT-323 functions for your convenience. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
