MIC809RUY-TR Overview

A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. In this IC management you will find TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for you to refer to. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. This power management system has 3 pins. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1.4V volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MIC809, the base power ics number. The power management system contains 1 elements and has been extensively applied in various target applications.
