Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-70, SOT-323 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. There are 3 pins on the power managment ic. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountThe temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. You can always use MIC810, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The power management system contains 1 elements and has been extensively applied in various target applications.
