MIC811RUY-TR Overview

There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. This power management has 4 pins. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. For this power management, there is an 5μA volt supply current. It is always advisable to use MIC811, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
